The Gentlemen appointed to confer with the Members of
the House about the Law for relieving Aggrievances the In-
habitants lye under go out upon the said Conference
Mr Lloyd Mr Garrett & Mr Mariartee and Mr Lockerman
bring up three Bills Viz.
A Bill against Striking Several Sorts of Fish.
A Bill for reviving the Act for ascertaining the Height of
Fences
A Bill for killing of Squirrels

November the 7th 1712
Upon receipt of your message yesterday relating to the
Arms and Ammunition and building Magazine Houses in
each County this House took the same into Consideration and
maturely debated the same And upon the Question put
whether such Houses are necessary and Convenient to be
built or not It passed in the negative. The House thereupon
resolved that the Arms and Ammunition remain in the Hands
of the Several Commanders of each County to whom the
same hath been committed until the next Session of Assembly
This House have also ordered that Mr Philemon Hemsley
who intermarryed with Col Contee's Widow shall the next
Assembly lay before this House the Account of what Arms
