Applications in Studying all things that may tend thereto and
promote the Welfare of this poor Province. And tho' we
labour under the worst of Times We doubt not your Honour
will persevere in taking all reasonable methods to the ad-
vancemt thereof with due regard to the Expence and Charge
of the Province in General Assuring your Honour we have no
other Aim but to shew our selves true Patriotts Loyal Sub-
jects respectful to your Honour & Council & truly careful of
the Interest & happiness of our Electors

This House having Considered your Honours Message
relating to the reenacting of several Laws disallowed of by
her Majesty and particularly the Act for Limitation of officers
Fees which this House are humbly of opinion wants several
Regulations pray your Honours to appoint some Members of
her Majesty's honble Council to Join in Conference with some
of the Members of this House to consider thereof and that
your Honours please to appoint the time & place
