This Board have perused the Minute of the Journal of the
House of Delegates October 27th 1710 in the Fol. 14 and do
not take the same to be any Ordinance of Assembly the Con-
currence of this Board not being given or so much as desired
thereto

Whereupon the House resolved the Petition be again in-
dorsed

Ist November 1711
This House have allowed to their Clerk five hundred Pounds
for ffees upon Occasion of this Petition and pray the Honble
Council to ascertain their Clerks flee and concur with the
House's last Message

Being called over were present as Yesterday except Mr
Bowles who had Leave to go Home.
Resolved a Message be sent to the Honble Council to know
if they have made any Resolve on the House's Address as
follows

2d November 1711.
If the Honble President and Council have made any Re-
solve on the House's Address presented to them on Wednes-
day last to redress the Aggrievances complained of they pray
their Honours to communicate the same to this House

Leave to bring in a Bill for the Naturalization of him and his
Daughter Read and Leave given to bring in a Bill as prayed.
