She humbly prays that for the Relief of her & his three Chil-
dren the 40lb tobo p poll arising in that Parish should be
payed her

Which being thought reasonable Ordered that the Sherriff
of Calvert County pay unto the sd Mr Emilianes Administra-

trix the whole 40 lb tobo arising in that Parish this year for
the better Support and relief of the sd Mr D'Emilianes Widow
& Children the sd Parish not being adjudged to be Vacant
before this Instant

The Board adjourned until nine of the Clock to morrow
morning

The Proclamation against Exporting of Grain being pre-
pared & Read was approved of by the Board & forthwith
issued being as followeth

By his Excellency the Capt General &c
A Proclamation
Whereas the Cropps of Indian Corn made this year within
this Province afford but a very indifferent Prospect, least the
winter season should prove Severe & many of her Majesty's
Subjects here suffer by reason of the Export thereof I have
by and with the advice of her Majesty's honble Council
thought fit to issue this my Proclamation strictly charging &
requiring all masters of Ships & Vessels or other Persons
whatsoever that they do not presume after the tenth day of
November next to lade on Board any Ship or Vessel any
Quantity of Indian Grain with Intent to export the same until

the tenth day of March next ensuing. By which Time It may
probably be seen whither the necessity of the Province may
admitt thereof; And I do hereby require the Several Officers
of the Several Districts of this Province not to clear any Ves-
sels loaden with Indian Grain except such as shall be loaden

before the lentil day of November next

And that all Persons may have due notice & conform them-
selves accordingly, I do hereby Command & require the
