Bill for Relief of Tobias and John Pollard, Read the first
and second Times and by especial Order will pass

These two Bills sent up to the Honble Council by Capt
Mackall, Mr Tyler, Mr Jowles, and Mr Mariartee. They return
and say they delivered the same

The House adjourned till to Morrow Morning Nine O'Clock

Saturday the 27th October 1711

The House met according to Adjournment. Being called
over were all present as Yesterday.

Read what was done Yesterday.

Resolved the Act to confirm a Deed or Release from
Susannah Tracey, to Mr James Heath be reenacted

Resolved the Act for confirming Land to Colo Wm Holland,
Mr Chew, and Mr Harrison be reenacted.

Committee of Accounts enter the House and pray the
Directions of the House about allowing for Seals for Copies
of Laws

Resolved this House will allow but for two Seals in one
Session to be affixed to the Copies of the Laws to be sent to
Great Britain and Ordered That a Message be prepared and
sent up to the Council for Concurrence.

Ordered the Bill for Gauge of Tobacco Hogsheads be again
read, and being read & debated Ordered it be indorsed.

By the House of Delegates
October 27th 1711

Read the second Time by especial Order and Resolved this
Bill and the Bill against cropping &ta be both put into one Bill
and a Clause added to Subject the Master's Security to make
Satisfaction for Damages in cropping &ta

Petition of Robert Roberts referred the last Session to this
Time Read and indorsed

By the House of Delegates
27th October 1711

Read, and Leave given to bring in a Bill as prayed.

Colo Addison and John Dorsey Esq. enter the House and
deliver the following Message
