This Board do agree to and approve of the within Report,
It was sent to the Delegates together with the Bill for reliev-
ing the Inhabitants from some Aggrievances, by Col Holland
& Lt Col Young.
Mr Hill and three more present the Journal of the Commit-
tee of Accompts which was perused & assented to by the
Council.
The sd Gentlemen brought up the following Message

May it please your Honours
The place of Treasurer of the Eastern Shoar being Vacant
by the Death of Thos Smithson Esqr late Treasurer there we
out of the great respect justly due to Robert Ungle Esqr our
Speaker from us, have Nemine Contradicente chose him to
Supply that Place to which we desire your Honours Concur-
rence He giving good security of a good performance of the
same.

His Excellcy the Governour and this Board do Approve of
your Choice of Robert Ungle Esqr to be publick Treasurer
of the Eastern Shoar in the room of Mr Thos Smithson decd
the sd Mr Ungle giving good security for the discharge of his
Trust
