The Bill for reinvesting Mary & Ann Seward in a Tract of
Land called Sectar is referred to the next Session of Assem-
bly this Board not having leisure at this time to consider
thereof

And the Bill for reviving the Act for limitation of Officers
Fees and for Supplying some Defects therein, And also
reviving another Act of Assembly of this Province Entituled
an Act explaining some doubtful Expressions in the Act for
Limitation of Officers' fees, being read with the Amendmts
thereto, Resolved the said Bill do pass with the Amend-
ments and being so Endorsed was sent to the House by Mr
Tyler

Mr Tyler & five more brought up the following Message Viz.

By the House of Delegates
July the 3d 1714

This House have appointed Mr Robert Tyler Col Philip
Hoskins Capt Daniel Mariartee Major Roger Woolford Capt
Thos Trueman Greenfield & Captn Richd Colegate to join
some members of your Board in a Conference about the Sub-
ject Matter and are ready to meet those to be appointed by
your Board at the house of Mr John Dodd

Ordered that the Honble Col Holland Lt Col Young and
Col Richard Tilghman immediately go upon the Conference
upon the Subject matter proposed, who immediately went.
The Board adjourned till three of the Clock in the After-
noon

The Council Sate Present as in the Morning
Col Holland Lt Col Young & Lt Col Tilghman present the
Report relating to County Court Attornys' Fees

At a Conference held at the House of Mr John Dodd the
3d day of July 1714 to confer & consider what fees shall be
allowed to the several Attornys practising in the Several
