We pray your Honour's Excuse in not giving your Board
an earlier Account of this Resolution
Signed p order Thos Macnemara Cl Ho Del.

Which being read and considered resolved that the Board
Sitt every morning about nine of the Clock till Eleven and
from two in the Afternoon till five.

And thereupon Ordered that the following Message be sent
to the Delegates

By the Council in Assembly
Iune the 24th 1714

We approve of your Resolution as to your sitting and rising
during this Session and have agreed to give our Attendance
as near as may be conformable thereto

Sent by Captain Dorsey

His Excellency is pleased to acquaint the Board that whereas
Mr Robert Bradley one of her Majestys Justices of the Pro-
vincial Court has desired his favour to be dismissed from such
his Office

In the first place he desires their Advice whither It is not
fitt He should by Letter acquaint the Right Honble the Lords
of Trade & Plantations with the said Mr Bradleys Request

Secondly who may be fitt to Supply his place in that Court

The said Questions are further referred for Answers thereto

The Petition of King and Queen Parish being read & It
being observed to be addressed & directed to his Excellency
the Governeur and Council and house of Delegates such
Direction is thought improper, for that when a petition is
designed to be offered to the House of Delegates It ought to
be directed thither, and when to his Excellency in Council to
be immediately so addressed without joining the Delegates or
any Other Body therein.

Ordered the Petition lye upon the Table

Mr Hoskins & Eleven other members brought from their
House Viz.
By the House of Delegates
Thursday June 24th 1714

To his Excellency John Hart Esqr Capt General & Gov-
erneur in chief of her Majesty's Province of Maryland &c.
