The House being met it's Ordered by Mr Speaker, That
Mr Wornell Hunt, & Mr Robert Ungle attend the Honble
Council and acquaint them that the House is met according
to Prorogation and are ready to attend their Honours Com-
mands.
They return and say they delivered their Message
The Honble Colo Greenberry and Colo Thomas Addison
from the HoHble Council enter the House and acquaint Mr
Speaker that the Honble President commands him and the
whole House to attend him at the Council Chamber.
Accordingly the House adjourned to the Council Chamber
where the Honble President was pleased to make the follow-
ing Speech Viz.
Mr Speaker and you Gentlemen of the House of Delegates
I have thought it expedient with the Advice of her Maj-
esty's Honble Council to convene you now it being the usual
Time to consider of and assess the publick Charge of the
Province, also to communicate to you the Right Honble the
Lords of Trade and Plantations Reasons for moving her Maj-
esty for her Disallowance of the several Acts past in the Year
1709. And that they have upon that Occasion kindly signified
if any of those Laws be absolutely necessary for the good
Government and Welfare of this Province they may be reen-
