dered the Committee of Laws prepare and bring in a Bill
against false packing Tobo &ta

Resolved That every Person that prefers a Petition for a
private Bill to pass for their Relief pay to the Clerk of this
House the ancient ffee of 200 ft Tobo and for all Copies of
such Petitions or other private Matters from the Journals of
this House the same ffees the Secretary charges in the Pro-
vincial Court for Copies from the Records there with the
Arreas thereof accordingly.
The House adjourns till to Morrow Morning Nine O'Clock.

Friday 6th Nov. 1713

The House according to Adjournment met and being called
over present as yesterday. Read what was done Yesterday
Bill for Directions of the Sheriffs Office &ta Read the first
and second Times by special Order and will pass
Bill for more speedy conveying publick Letters &ta Read
the third Time & will pass
Sent up to the Council by Mr Broome and Mr Woolford.
They return and say they delivered the same.
Bill for reviving the Act prohibiting the Importation of
Bread Beer, Flour, Horses, Mares &ta from Pensylvania &ta
Read the first Time and ordered a second Reading.

Read the second Time by special Order and ordered a third
Reading.
Eodem Die

Read the 3d Time by special Ordr Put to the Question
whether the Bill pass or not? It past in the Negative and
Resolved the Bill be rejected

The Honble Colo Ennalls from the Council enters the House
and delivers Mr Speaker the four ingrossed Bills sent up
yesterday to the Council severally indorsed
