A Supplementary Act to the Act for the better Adminis-
tration of Justice in Probat of Wills Indorsed

By the Council in Assembly
Novr 4th 1713

The original Act for Administration of Justice in Probat of
Wills &ta will upon the Arrival of a Governor in Chief want
revising and for that there are some Objections against this
Bill now proposed we desire the Consideration thereof may
be referred till the Arrival of a Capt General

The Hofible Samuel Young Esq. from the Council enters
the House & delivers Mr Speaker the following Message.

By the Council in Assembly
4th 9b" 1713

In Answer to your Message by Capt, ffrisby and Mr Brooke
wherein you desire to know what Part of our Allowances for
Expences &ta we would have allowed in Money we desire the
same Allowances may be made us in Proportion to what is
allowed to the Members of your House. As to the publick
Treasurers Colo Smithson is not in Town but Mr Young is
ready to lay his Accounts before you

Read and agreed to by the House that each Member of her
Majesty's Council be allowed four Pounds and such of the
Members of this House as desire Money any Sum not exceed-
ing the same.
