Sent up to the Honble Council by Colo Ward, Mr Garrett,
Mr Lloyd, Mr Worthington, Mr Ennalls and Mr James Frisby.
They return and say they delivered the same
Bill for Relief of poor Debtors and ascertaining the Manner
of Tenders in Tobacco Read again with the Indorsment from
the Council and Resolved it be Indorsed

This House are of opinion such a Clause as proposed will
be better in a separate Bill and therefore cannot agree to the
Amendment proposed and desire the Bill may pass as it is

Mr Tyler from the Committee of Aggrievances enters the
House and delivers Mr Speaker a Report. Ordered it be laid
by till to Morrow Morning
Colo Whittington from the Council enters the House and
delivers Mr Speaker the Message relating to Colo Maxwell's
Building Baltimore County Court House agreed to by her
Majesty's Honble Council
Ordered by the House the said Colo Maxwell pay to the
Clerk of this House five hundred Pounds of Tobacco for ffees
occasioned by his laying before this House the Records &u
The House adjourns till to Morrow Morning Nine O' Clock

Tuesday 3d Nov. 1713

According to Adjournment the House met and called over
and present as yesterday.
Mr Wells and Capt Jones enter the House Read what was
done yesterday.
The Report of the Committee on Aggrievances brought
into the House yesterday Read and ordered to be entered Viz.
