Mackall Mr Jones Mr Ennalls Mr Jowles & Mr Codd.
Appointed for Committee of Aggrievances Mr Tyler Mr
Mariartee Mr John Whittington and Mr Trippe.
Ordered Mr Evan Jones be Clerk Assistant to the Clerk of
this House and that he be admitted into the House.
Petition of Benjamin Woodward and Mary his Wife, Read,
and at their Prayer further referred till next Sessions.
The President's Speech Read and Ordered the Committee
ot Laws prepare an Answer thereto and lay it before this
House to Morrow Morning
The Members for Baltimore County appearing without
Indentures — Ordered they withdraw and That the following
Order be sent to the Sheriff of that County

By the House of Delegates
October 28th 1713.

Forasmuch as the Indentures returned to the Clerk of the
Crown for the four Delegates of Baltimore County are not to
be found whereby this House cannot admit them into the
House and are thereby deprived of four of their Members
It is therefore Ordered by the House That the Sheriff of
Baltimore County immediately on Receipt hereof return or
bring to the Honble Speaker of this House the Counter Parts
of the Indentures for the said Delegates and that the Sheriff
of Ann Arundl County immediately serve the Sheriff of Balti-
more County with this Order who is commanded to comply
therewith or shew his Reasons to the Contrary

Thomas Emmes Petition Read and referred to the Com-
mittee of Laws to examine the Petitioners Pretensions &
Allegations and report their Opinion therein to the House
Colo Ennalls, Colo Tilghman, Colo Addison and Samuel
Young Esqr from the Council enter the House and deliver Mr
Speaker the following Message and several Papers therein
mentioned Viz.

By the President and Council in Assembly
8br 28th 1713
Gentl.
We have herewith sent you her Majesty's Commands in
her Letter of the 20th of October 1712 and her Order in
Council of the 30th of March 1710 in ffavour of Sir Thos
Lawrence Bart her Majesty's Secretary of this Province and
earnestly recommend to you to demonstrate your Duty and
Regard to her Most Sacred Majesty by your due Consideration
