on Tobacco towards defraying the publick Charge of the
Province.
3 Bill reviving the Act imposing three Pence p Gallon on
Rum, Wine, Brandy and Spirits and twenty Shillings p head
on Negroes and Irish Servants
4. Supplementary Act to the Act for Constables & declaring
what Persons are Taxables
5. Bill reviving the Act for Encouragement of Tillage &
Relief of poor Debtors
6 Bill against striking several Sorts of Fish
7 Bill reviving the Act ascertaining the Height of ffences &ta
8 Bill for killing Squirrels
9 Bill for regulating Writs of Error and granting Appeals
10 Bill to prevent Victuallers and Keepers of publick
Houses from entertaining Sailors and trusting them for more
than 5/ in a Voyage
11 Supplementary Act to the Act for Stay of Executions
12 Bill prohibiting the Exportation of Neats Hydes and
Old Iron
13 Bill reviving the Act ascertaining ffees to Attorneys &
for levying the same by Way of Execution.
14 Bill to redress the great Evil accruing by the Multitude
of useless Horses running in the Woods
15 Bill restraining the Inhabitants from selling great Quan-
tities of Liquors to the Indians and to prevent false News and
