The Honble Colo Addison and Colo Tilghman enter the
House and deliver Mr Speaker the four last ingrossed Bills
sent up this Day severally indorsed

Novr 10th 1712

Read and assented to by her Majesty's Honble Council in
Assembly and
Signed p Order W Bladen Cl. Council.

Ordered the following Message be sent to the Council.

By the House of Delegates
10th November 1712

It being moved in this House it will be for the Good of the
Province that the Lord Proprietary be moved to accept of the
Rents in Tobacco at two Pence per Pound and the twelve
Pence p Hogshead be given him as it now is for the Life of
his Successors, this House desire to know your Honours
Sentiments therein

Signed p Order Richd Dallam Cl. Ho. Del.

John Hall Esqr enters the House and delivers Mr Speaker
Baltimore County Ordinance assented to by the Honble Council
The Message about the Rents sent up to the Council by
Mr Tyler, Mr Ennalls, Mr Hill, Mr Codd, Mr Clagett, and Mr
John Purnell, who say they delivered it
Bill prohibiting the Exportation of Neats Hydes and old
Iron Read the first & second Times by special Order and will
pass.
Sent up to the Council by Mr Docwra and Mr Charles
Wright
They return and say they delivered the same
Bill for Naturalization of Samuel Guichard of Ann Arundel
County Read the first & second Times by Special Order and
will pass.
Sent up to the Council by Mr Jones & Mr Hill.
They return and say they delivered the Bill
The House adjourned till to Morrow Morning Nine O'Clock

Tuesday 11th November 1712

The House met according to Adjournment. Being called
over were all present as Yesterday.
