Committee appointed to view M^r Edward's Work about
the Stadt House report That they have viewed the same, that
the work is well done and the Charge thereof amounts to
forty five Pounds fourteen Shillings.
Resolved the Committee of Accounts allow the same
The Honble Col^o Whittington and John Dorsey Esq. from
the Council enter the House and deliver M^r Speaker the follow-
ing Message.

This Board do agree to the Conferrence desired by your
House relating to the Repeal of the Act relating to Appeals
and regulating Writs of Error, and when you signify the
Persons, Time, and Place you think meet for that Conferrence
we shall take Care to send some of our Members to confer
with them
