Relief of poor Debtors Read with the Amendments and will
pass

Moved that a Message be sent to the Council to desire a
Conferrence relating to the Act for Appeals &ta Viz.

By the House of Delegates
3d November 1712

This House humbly desire a Conferrence with some of the
Members of her Majesty's Honble Council relating to her
Majesty's Order for repealing the Act for Appeals and Writs
of Error that some Care may be taken to prevent the ill
Consequences that may happen by Want of such an Act.

The Message and two Bills past this Day sent up to the
Honble Council by Mr Hammond, Mr ffrisby, Mr Codd & Mr
Broome.
They return and say they delivered the Message & Bills
The Honble John Dorsey Esq. from the Council enters the
House and delivers Mr Speaker two Acts of Parliament & the
following Message

November 3d 1712

Gent. Two Acts of the Parliament of Great Britain being
directed by the Right Honble the Lords of Trade and Planta-
tions in their Letter of the twenty sixth of October 1711 to
be duly published within this Province that Command has
been obeyed by the Honble President's Proclamation there-
fore and the said Acts are herewith transmitted to your House
Signed p order W Bladen Cl. Council.

The Honble Samuel Young, Charles Greenberry, Thomas
Addison & Richd Tilghman Esqrs from the Council enter the
House and deliver Mr Speaker the following Bills severally
indorsed Viz.
Bill reviving the Act for relieving some Aggrievances In-
dorsed
By the Council in Assembly
Novr 3d 1712

Her Majesty having been pleased to signify that the sev-
eral Bills past in the Assembly held in Nov. 1709 were not
past according to her Royal Instructions in that they were said
only to be Enacted by and with the Advice and Consent of
