Col Hammond acquaints the Board that the Order for One
hundred Pounds Sterling which he has drawn on Mr Hyde
payable to the honble Col Levin Gale or Order out of the
Duty of three pence p hhd for Arms will, with the other
Draughts of his out of the said fund, when paid, exceed the
sum remitted by him the said Hammond upon Account of the
said Fund
Ordered that the Clerk of this Board write to Mr Hyde to
ballance the Account of Col Hammonds of 3d p hhd for Arms
out of the money lodged in his hands by Col Young late
Treasurer of the Western Shoar upon Account of the said
Duty of 3d p hhd for Arms received by him.

Ordered by his Excellency the Governor that the present
General Assembly which stands prorogued to the first Tues-
day in December next, be further prorogued to the second
Tuesday in January next being the tenth day of the same
Month, and Proclamations issued accordingly.
