The aforegoing Account being read and allowed, Ordered
that the honble Col James Hollyday Treasurer of the Eastern
Shoar pay to Mr Richard Tootell or Order the sum of £2: 5: o
Sterling in Lieu of £4: 10: o Currency in full of the above
Account, out of the Duty of 3d p hhd for Arms
Ordered that the Clerk of this Board draw an Order on the
honble Col James Hollyday Treasurer of the Eastern Shoar
payable to Mr Richard Tootell or Order for forty pounds Ster-
ling being his Years Salary as Armourer of this Province
ending 5th Septemr last to be paid out of the fund of 3d p
hhd for Arms
His Excellency in pursuance of his Lordps Instructions de-
livers to the Clerk of this Board a Paper inclosing a Com-
mission for a President of his Lordships Council which his
Excellency is pleased to seal up, and order to be lodged in
the Council Office
