106 Assembly Proceedings, March 26- April 15, 1707.

Ingrossed Bill to prevent the Abuse of breaking open and
concealing publick and private Letters.
Ingrossed Bill for Attainder of Richard Clarke
Ingrossed Bill for Relief of Thomas Manning
The foregoing six Bills being all read and examined were
severally indorsed thus.

April 9th 1707. Read and assented to by the House of Dele-
gates. Signed p order W. Taylard Cl. Ho. Del.

Which said Bills so indorsed were sent up to his Excy and
Council for their Assent by Mr Muschamp and Mr Joseph En-
nails.
They return and say they delivered the Bills.
William Seward's Petition of Dorchester County being
brought into the House the Consideration thereof is referred
till next Session of Assembly and then to produce his Proofs
and Evidences to it.
The House adjourns till to Morrow Morning seven O'Clock

Thursday April 10th 1707.

The House met again and being called over were all present
as Yesterday only Mr Joseph Hill.
Read what was done Yesterday

Holland enters the House and delivers
Mr Speaker Bill giving Power to Farmers of my Lord's Rents
&ta Indorsed By the Council in Assembly April 9th 1707.
Read the first Time and do pass.

Bill supplementary to the Act for Towns Indorsed This
Bill read the second Time and past as proposed by this Board.

Sent up to the Committee of Laws to be ingrossed.
Bill repealing the Act prohibiting the Exportation of Eu-
ropean Commodities &ta
Read the first and second Time and do pass.
Sent up to his Excellency and Council for their Concurrence
p Mr John Wells.
Who returns and says he delivered the Bill.
Ordered Mr Young and Mr Tyler attend the Council to see
Mr Plater make Oath to his publick Accounts. Return and say
they see him do it.
