Message by William Coursey Esqr relating to Charles Kil-
burn's Petition of an Allowance of 3000l Tobo read and
debated
This House have resolved that the same be struck off. The
Journal of the Committee of Accounts indorsed and sent up
to the Council p Mr Thomas Frisby
He returns and says he delivered the same.
The House adjourns till to Morrow Morning Eight o'Clock.

Thursday April the 18th 1706
The House met again. Being called over were all present
as yesterday
Read what was done yesterday. And upon reading the
Petition of Job Evans and his wife Admrs of John Perry de-
ceased Inspection was made in the Journal of Accounts.
Febry 19th 1697/8 wherein & by Mr Mason's Letter and his
Account it is found that in the year there was lodged in the
Hands of Mr Robert Mason then Treasurer of the Western
Shore the Sum of £50 Sterling payable to the said John
Perry but does not appear to this House that the same or any
Part thereof has been since satisfied. Therefore ordered that
Mrs Susannah Mason Exa of the said Robert Mason appear
before the House next Session of Assembly and that She
has Notice to bring her Books Accounts and Papers & Re-
ceipts if any to shew if the Debts aforesaid be satisfied or not
or otherwise to pay the same to the said Administrators.
Message by James Saunders Esqr of Yesterday read in the
House viz.
By his Excellency the Governor and Council in Assembly
April 17th 1706.
Several Complaints being made to this Board that Persons
sent to the Indians at the Head of the Bay have been so
slightly rewarded for their extraordinary Services that it will
be of ill Consequence and to the Discouragement of others on
the like Occasions. We desire the House of Delegates will
