And Colo Holland informs Mr Speaker that his Excellency
commands him & the whole House to attend him at the
Council Chamber to compleat this Sessions. Thereupon
Mr Speaker & the whole House attended his Excellency in
the Council Chamber where Mr Speaker presented to his
Excellency the several Bills following made this Sessions.
Bill confirming a certain Letter of Attorney irom William
Josephs the Father to William Josephs the Son.
Bill for Punishment of Persons selling or transporting any
Friend Indian &ta
Bill for Relief of Ann Arundel County and all Persons con-
cerned in the Records thereof lately burnt.
Bill declaring the Act Entituled an Act for Punishment of
psons suborning Witnesses &ta to be in force.
Bill declaring an Act Entituled an Act ascertaining the
Bounds of Land to be in force
Bill for the outlawing of Richard Clarke of Ann Arundel
County
Bill declaring an Act Entituled an Act for erecting Ann
Arundel & Oxford Towns into Ports &ta to be in force
Bill for Naturalization of Xtopher Dangerman of Calvert
County Sadler.
Bill for Sale of Land called Richardson's Choice for Pay-
ment of a Debt due from Edmonson to Nicholls.
Bill for Exportation of Benjamin Celey
Bill for apportioning the publick Levy &ta To which his
Excellency was pleased to give his Assent by indorsing them
Severally with these words
"May 25th 1705. On Behalf of her most sacred Majesty
Queen Ann &ca I will this be a Law " Jo. Seymour

Which being done his Ex'cy was pleased to seal the same
severally with the broad Seal of this Province. Which Laws
being so signed & sealed his Ex'cy was pleased to acquaint
the House that he by the Advice of her Majesty's Council
thought it convenient for her Majesty's Service to prorogue
them until the 24th Day of July next and that they were
thereby accordingly prorogued.
And so ended this Session of Assembly this 25th Day of
May in the fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady
Queen Ann of England &ta Anno Domini 1705
