Instrument prepard by the said Clark to pass the broad Seale
if for a place of profitt four hundred pounds of Tobacco ffor
every Sheriffs Comission four hundred pounds of Tobacco
ffor every Ranger Surveyor or Comission of Profitt Granted
in Councill two hundred pounds of Tobacco ffor recording any
Matter in Councill p side for any Private Pson twenty four p^ds
of tob^o and so pro rato for more or less ffor Copy of any
Matter or thing from the Councill Records the same p side
