the same ffees that is allowed upon primitive Surveys Com-
puting the said one hundred and forty Acres as a part of the
Survey & no more Except it be otherwise Limitted by the Act

tending on a Prisoner one day twenty four hours in Custody
twenty pounds of Tobacco and so pro rato for a longer time
ffor Collecting the Publiq dues for every hundred tenn pounds
of Tobacco ffor serving an Attachment or Execution tenn
pounds of Tobacco And if any Execution be for above one
hundred and under five hundred pounds of Tobacco fifty
pounds of Tobacco If it exceed five hundred pounds of
Tobacco then one hundred pounds of Tobacco If it exceed
one thousand then for the first thousand one hundred pounds
of Tobacco and every thousand afterwards fifty pounds of
Tobacco ffor Comittment and Releasment forty pounds of
Tobacco ffor Pillory and Whipping nothing allow'd And after
the same rate for mony or Tobacco and it is hereby declared
that it is the true Intent and Meaning of this Act the Severall
Sheriffs shall have no more ffees that for what shall appear to
be Justly due upon such Execution and the same ffees for
levying any Attachment for any Sume whatsoever mony or
Tobacco or the full value thereof in any Goods or Merchan-
dizes provided the same be Condemned to the use of the
Party Plaintiff attaching the same and pro rato for such part
thereof as shall be Condemn'd but if no part shall be Con-
demn'd that shall be attachd that then the said Sheriff shall
have only tenn pounds of Tobacco for retaining the Writt
afores^d & no more ffor Impanelling a Jury one hundred and
twenty pounds of Tobacco ffor serving any Extraordinary
Warrant or Comission to be regulated by the Court ffor
serving a Scire facias including the persons Sumond thirty
pounds of Tobacco ffor Serving a Citation thirty pounds of
