Ingrossed Bill for Division of St Paul's Parish in Prince
George's County, Indorsed by the Council December the 9th
1704. Read & assented to by her Majesty's Honble Council.

And the ingrossed Bill ascertaining the Bounds of Land
&ta to be in force. Indorsed Xber 9th 1704. Read & assented
to by her Majesty's Honble Council.

Colo William Holland & Kenelm Cheseldine Esqrs enters
the House & acquaints Mr Speaker That his Excellency the
Governor commands him & the whole House to attend him
immediately at the Council Chamber to ccmpleat this Session
of Assembly

Lib. 41.

Thereupon Mr Speaker and the Members of the House of
Delegates attended his Excellency's Commands at the Council
Chamber, where Mr Speaker presented his Excellency with the
following Bills made this Session Viz.
An Act for Limitation of Officers Fees
An Act declaring the Division of several Counties
An Act for Advancement of Natives & Residents &ta
An Act for regulating the Militia.
An Act for Payment of Criminals Fees.
An Act for causing Grand & Petit Jurors & Witnesses to
come to Courts
An Act for Preservation of Harbours &ta
An Act declaring an Act Entituled an Act ascertaining the
Bounds of Land to be in force
An Act for rebuilding the Stadt House.
An Act declaring an Act for erecting Ann Arundel & Ox-
ford Towns & Ports to be in force.
An Act declaring an Act for furnishing psons Suborning
Witnesses to be in force
An Act declaring an Act for sanctifying & keeping holy the
Lord's Day to be in force
An Act suspending the Prosecution of Jesuits &ta
An Act for Division of St Paul's Parish in Prince George's
County
An Act declaring the Act concerning the Indians to be in force
An Act declaring several Acts formerly made to be in force
To which his Excellency was pleased on her Majesty's Behalf
to give his Assent by indorsing each separately And being so
indorsed his Excellency was further pleased to seal each sepa-
rate Law, with the broad Seal. And then his Excellency
acquainted Mr Speaker & the rest of the Members that he
