Country, and so we ehall be at all Times very careful to avoid
the Entertainment of Jealousies & running ourselves into
Heats and Misconstructions so we shall very readily join with
your Excellency & her Majesty's Honble Council in whatsoever
shall appear to be for her Majesty's Honour & the Good of our
Country.
As to the Indian Business when your Excellency shall think
fit to lay it before us we shall not only give our best Advice &
Assistance therein but further it with all the Unanimity &
Dispatch which may be proper for that Affair.
Sir. We are very sensible of your Excy's good Governmt &
tender Regard towards us & do hope that the same Tender-
ness will be continued to us; and we take this Opportunity to
assure your Excellency that as we can entertain no Jealousies
so we shall be always ready to make due Returns of Grati-
tude for the Enjoyment of so great a Blessing.
