and Burrough shall from henceforth be reputed and esteem'd
to be Members of the house of the Generall Assembly of this
Province anything in this Act to the Contrary in any wise
notwithstanding.
Provided also that no Ordinary Keeper within this province
during the time of his Keeping Ordinary shall be Elected
Chosen or Serve as a Deputy or Representative in the said
Generall Assembly so to be hereafter called convened and
appointed as aforesaid.

On the behalf of her Maty I will this be a Law

An Act to make Valid good and effectual in the Law all Man-
ner of process and proceedings in the severall Courts of
this Province from the year One thousand six hundred
ninety to the year One thousand, six hundred ninety two
and also from the Death of Lyonell Copley Esq. late Gov-
ernor of this Province to the Arrivall of ffrancis Nicholson
Esqr Governour thereof and from the demise of his late
Maty King William the third to this present time.

Be it enacted by the Queens most excellent Majesty by and
with the Advice and Consent of Ma'ys Governour Councill and
Assembly of this Province and the Authority of the same that
all Writts Pleas Process Indictments Informations Bills Suites
Accons Judgments decrees and Sentences awarded of or Con-
cerning any Matter or thing whatsoever which was sued or
prosecuted to Judgment in any of the Courts of Record Chan-
cery Admiralty or Comissarys Courts within this Province at
any Time or Times since the first day of Aprill in the year of
our Lord one thousand six hundred and ninety to the tenth
day of May One thousand six hundred ninety two And all
Writts Pleas process Bills Suites Accons Indictments Informa-
tions Judgments Decrees and Sentences awarded of or con-
cerning any Matter or thing whatsoever which was sued or
prosecuted to Judgment in any of the Courts of Record Chan-
cery Comissarys and Admiralty Courts within this Province at
any time or Times from the death of his Excellency Lyonell
Copley Esqr late Governour of this Province to the Arrivall of
