three or four years last past
That as to the coppys of this prsent Session's Wee cannot
beleive Any persons Will Undertake to doe them Well for less

Therefore desire so much may be Allowd to the keeper of the
Great Seale to Enable him to gett them Speedily transcribed
As Well to be sent to England As to the County Courts.
3d As for the private bills it being as Absolutely necessary
than Sealed Coppys thereof be sent for England as of other
publiq laws Wee desire you to explaine whither you meant
the keeper of the Great Seale should take 120l tob for the
orriginall law And the same for each coppy or but 120l tob in
All which is conceivd Unreasonably less then formerly was
Allways Allowd to witt 480l tob for A Pattent of Denization.
Wee further observe to you that upon private bills You
haue not taken notice of Any fees to the Clerk of this board
Who has As great A burthen of the business of this Assembly

Assembly be Vallued & paid by the publiq And Countys At
the rate of 2000 or 1 500' tob.
Put to the Question Whither 2000 or 1500.
Carryd by Majority of Votes that Each coppy of the body
of laws made this Sessions be Vallued at 2000' tob
But this house do insist possitively upon 400' tob for the laws
made last Sessions.
And Resolv'd the severall Coppys for the Cotys And them
to be sent for England be paid for Accordingly.
As to that Clause relating to the Clerk of the Councill for
Allowance of fees on private bills
