The resolve of the house on this bill is agreed to provided
it be incerted in the body of the laws as a Salvo.

The Comittee of Agreivances enter the house and reporte
that the lord Baltemores Agents doe Exact 480l tobacco for
every hundred Acres of land And refuse pattents for the land
till the purchase money be paid, thereupon it was
Orderd that Mr Charles Carroll one of his Lopps Agents
haue notice to Attend the house to Shew by what Authority
he requires the same &
Orderd that Mr Iohn Hill give Mr Carroll notice to At-
tend the house to morrow morning
Bill for preservation of harbours &ca
Read the first time.
Bill for publication of Marriages read the first time
The house Adjournes till to morrow morning 8 A Clock.
