Ordered that the Clerk of this Board give Notice to the p. 31 Gentlemen of the Vestry of the sd Petition, and that they may attend to he heard to the Contents thereof at the Time of the meeting of the next Assembly, which Order issued accordingly

Gent You have herewith a Copy of the Petition preferred to this Board by some of the Inhabitants within your Parish, and You are required to attend to be heard to the Contents thereof at the Meeting of the next Asembly Signed p Order To the Gent, of the Vestry of John Ross Cl. Con. Great Choptank Parish in Dorchester County
Mr Denton Clk of the Provincial Court lays before this Board sev' Sheriffs bonds in Order for their Approbation, which being approved of, are Ordered severally to be so Endorsed Ordered that the Clerk of this Board send the following Order directed to the Justices of the several County Courts within this Province, which Order was sent accordingly Whereas it has been found that some of the Justices of the several County Courts within this Province have not been so regular in returning the Bonds taken from the Sheriffes of their Countys for the due Execution of their Offices in due Time. It is therefore recommended that Care be taken in the Transmission of the Bonds according as the Act of As sembly directs The Petition of Jacob Lockerman preferred to this Board is as follows
