     Dominion &c Annoq Domini 1730

         Members of His Lordships Honble Council

       His Excellency the Governour produces to this Board In

     structions from the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary in

     Relation to the Dissents to some Laws and afterwards the

     Right Honourable the Lord Proprietarys Seperate Dissent to

     Each particular Law which Instructions and Dissents are as

     follows

                       Instructions

       Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Provinces

     of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &c Or

     ders and Instructions Powers and Authoritys to be Observed

     and Pursued by Our Dearly Beloved Brother the Honble

     Benedict Leonard Calvert Esqr Our Lieutenant Governour

     of Our Province of Maryland

    

    

     C:   Baltemore

       You will herewith receive my Dissents to the following

     Acts of Assembly to be published and Entered on Record

     According to Your Forms Viz.

       Whereas at a Sessions of Assembly begun and held in Our

     Province of Maryland the Third Day of October and ending

     the Second Day of November in the Fourteenth Year of Our

     Dominion over the said Province Annoq Domini 1728. These

     Acts passed An Act for Ascertaining the Form of the Oath

     of Judge or Justice. Also An Act for Improving the Staple

     of Tobacco. And a Supplementary Act to the Act Intituled
