490 Proceedings of the Council of Maryland, 1728.
Lib. X. Thursday the 16th day of February Present as yesterday with the Addition of Nicholas Lowe Esqr Ordered that the Clerk of this Board draw an Order on Colo Samuel Young Treasurer of the Western Shoare payable to John Young or Order for 40 l Sterling so much being due to him in January last for Cleaning the Arms &c Which Order was drawn accordingly p. 198 His Excellency acquaints this Board that he has no Busi ness of moment to lay before the Assembly on the third Tuesday in May next to which time the same stands Prorogued and asks the Opinion of this Board what further time may be proper to prorogue the same to who are of Opinion that the first Tuesday in June will be the most proper time to which his Excellency Concurs Ordered that Proclamations Issue accordingly which was done
