Colo William Holland John Hall Esqr Philemon Lloyd Esqr Members of Colo Nath T Ward his Lordships Philip Lcc Esqr honble Council Nicholas Lowe Esqr Charles Calvert Esqr Read the representation of Philip Lee Esqr & referred the further Consideration thereof to Wednesday the 14th day of February next at which time Mr Nicholas Sewell is Ordered to attend His Excellency is pleased to lay before this Board the peti- tion of William Hambleton and Joseph Pattison Prisoners in Calvert County Prison Ordered that the same be referred to the Justices of Cal vert County Court to do therein Agreable to Justice Ordered the said petition be so Endorsed Read the petition of the Parishioners of the Upper part of Prince Georges Parish in Prince Georges County Appealing against some proceedings of the Vestry of the said parish Ordered that the said Vestry have notice to Appear at the City of Annapolis on the second Tuesday in February next to Answer the Complaint of the said petitioners and that pub- lick notice be Given by the Sheriff of Prince Georges County to the Parishioners of the said parish at that time to Attend to Prosecute their Appeal
Which Notice issued accordingly to the Sheriff of Prince p. 194 Georges County Ordered that the Clerk of this Board draw Orders on Colo Samuel Young Treasurer of the Western Shoar to be paid out of the 3d p hhd for Arms for the several disbursements Allowed of by this Board vizt to Cornelius Herizson for paint ing Work done to the Council Room 3 ls.. 18s.. 9d Current Money To Amos Garret Esqr for Oyl Lead and Ore for the Council Room 4 ls. 12s. 8d like money to Doctor Charles Car rol for Steps to the Conference Chamber Door 1 l.0s. 0d like money To John Smith Carpenter 5 ls.9s. 0d like money upon his Acknowledgment of having rec'd 1300 foot of Inch & quarter plank for the use of the Council Chamber
