Voice and Consent of Tongue heartily declaring the same Lib. X. and Beseeching God by whom Kings and Queens do Reign to Bless the Royal King George with long and happy years p. 190 to reign over us and I do hereby further will and require the several Sheriffs of this province to give notice to the Magistrates of their respective Counties as soon as possible to meet and appoint a day for publishing this my Proclama- tion and I do hereby Command the several Sheriffs and all others his Lordships Officers both Civil and Military as also the Militia in the respective Counties to attend in the hand somest manner at the time so appointed for performing the same Given at the City of Annapolis this 18th of September in the first year of his Majestys Reign &c In the twelfth year of his Lordship the Lord Proprietarys Dominion &c Annoq Dni 1727

His Excellency the Governor took the Oath to his Majesty p. 191 Appointed to be taken by Act of Assembly of this Province and Subscribed the Oath of Abjuration and Test according to the direction of the said Act After which the Honble Members of his Lordships Council here present and George Plater Clerk took the said Oaths and severally subscribed the Oath of Abjuration and Test Ordered that Dedimus Protestatem issue to the Several Countys directed to the third and fourth persons in Commis- sion in the respective Counties to swear the Chief Iustice and that he swear all other Officers both Civil and military that shall apply to take the Oaths in the several Counties
