advice of his Lordships Council of State thought fit to issue Lib. X. this my Proclamation Notifying the same to all Sheriffs Magis trates and others his Lordships Officers in this Province and I do further will and direct that all Officers both Civil and Military Execute and Discharge the several Trusts and duties in them reposed and Enjoyned by the present respective Commissions to them Granted until such time as my further Pleasure and Directions shall be signified therein Given at the City of Annapolis this third day of July in the thirteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George and in the twelfth year of his Lordships Dominion &c Annoq Dni 1727 God save the King and his Lordship Great Test Seal Geo Plater Cl Concil

Colo William Holland Philemon Lloyd Esqr Colo Richard Tilghman Members of his the honble Colo M. T. Ward Lordships honble Benjamin Tasker Council Philip Lee Esq Nicholas Lowe His Excellency the Governor laid before this Board a Letter from the President of Virginia as also a Hue and Cry under the Great Seal of that Colony requesting and desiring the Governor and other Officers and Ministers of Justice within this Province to be aiding and Assisting by their Authority to Apprehend Philip Hammond William Hammond and John Howard Inhabitants of this Province for a Robbery Commit ted on a certain Richard Thacker in that Colony in order to bring them to Iustice in the said Colony which were read and are as follows vizt Sir Virginia June 24th 1727 Upon Application of Richard Thacker Complaining of a Robbery Committed upon him in this Government by Philip Hammond William Hammond and John Howard Inhabitants
