His Excellency delivers to Collo Blakiston the Earl of Not- Lib. x. tinghams Letter by his Majestys Command in favour of Mr Vorsman als Sluyter Moll and Dankers A Letter from Mr Yard by their Excys the Lords Justices Command for the releasment of several French Soldiers if within this Province The honble John Povey Esqr his Letter about the Agency of this Province The last Letter of the right Honble Lords of the Council of Trade & Plantations together with the Order of his Majesty in Council Concerning the Boundary Lines of this Province to be run M' Penns Letter to Govr Markham. Read 3 Letters of Mr Poveys & delivers Copies of those parts of them which relates to the Affairs of this Province Communicates his Excellency the Earl of Bellamounts Lre & delivers a Copy thereof Read Mr Isaac Milners Letter concerning arms & Delivers it to his Excellency Collo Blakiston whom he acquaints that the Country being now well Supplyed with Arms & Ammunition his Majesty has been adressed to apropriate part of Our Part of the Revenue referred for that use to defray the expences of the Council After which his Excellency delivered to Collo Blakiston Bills p. 199 of Exco with Letters of Advice to Mr Micaiah Perry & Com- pany Merchts in London for 781 16s 9d being the full Ballance of what his Excellency had received upon that Accot His Excellency tells Govr Blakiston that what claim he makes is to the half of the 3d p Tonnage on Ships in the Country be fore his Excellencys Commission for Virginia Arrived & the half of the duty on Tobacco on Board at that time His Excellency delivers the Communion Plate given by his Majesty for the Church at Annapolis which is ordered to be lodged in the Clerk of the Councils Office vizt two large Flag gons a Cup two Pattins & a Receiver Acquaints his Excelleny with the Ordinance of Assembly about the Church & free School and Mr Thos Feilder & Mr Crofts being called in are charged to take Care of their under taking of the work of the said Church & Free School His Excellency Colo Blakiston says he should be glad to see so good a work finished His Excellency Collo Nicholson presents Capt Richd Hill to his Excellency Colo Blakiston & says he has been always ready to Serve his Majesty & that he had been Recommended to have been of his Majstys honble Council but knows not how it happened that he was not Mr Mathew Driver presented to his Excellency Collo Blak iston his Excellency Collo Nicholson says he has made Infor
