     the within Caldwell for the Compleating the work within

     mentioned vizt

    

     

       Four dozen of Sash Crown Glass ten by eight Inches in

     Bigness

       Twelve thousand five hundred Six penny Nails

       Twelve thousand five hundred eight penny Nails

       Two thousand twenty penny Nails

       Five hundred thirty penny Nails

    

       Upon which Agreement being made it is Ordered by this

     Board that Colo Samuel Young Treasurer of the Western

     Shoar send to England by the first Opportunity for the Glass

     and Nails before mentioned and that the same be paid for out

     of the money Arising from the three pence p hhd for Arms &c.

       Which Order is as followeth

    

    

    

           By the Govr and Council May 21st 1725

     Sir

       You are hereby required to send to England by the first

     Opportunity for four dozen of Sash Crown Glass Ten by

     eight Inches in Bigness, twelve thousand five hundred Six

     penny Nails, twelve thousand five hundred Eight Nails and         p. 134

     five hundred thirty penny Nails and to pay for the same out

     of the money arising from the three pence p hhd for Arms &c.

      To the honble Colo Samuel        Sign'd p Order

     Young Treasurer of the Wes-         Geo Plater Cl Concil

     tern Shore

    

       His Excellency the Governor desires the Opinion of this

     Board whether it is most Convenient further to prorogue the

     Assembly which stands prorogued to the third tuesday in

     July next) or to dissolve the same three years since their

     election the usual time of their sitting expiring the middle of

     July next

       Whereupon it is the Opinion of this Board that the same

     be further prorogued to the first of July next and that if his

     Excellency does not receive any Instructions requiring their

     meeting on or before the ninth day of June next that then

     Proclamations of dissolution issue as well as writts of Election

     to choose a new Assembly returnable the fifth of October next

     then to enter upon Business

       To which his Excellency Concurs
