The petition of Peter Wild of Queen Anns County pray ing that John Wild Nephew to the petitioner be removed from the Custody of Daniel Delahuntee and Mary his wife his present Tutors and placed with Peter Wild the petitioner who will take care to educate him in the protestant Religion as established by Law in the Church of England he being in danger of being perverted to popery by them was read and ordered to be thus endorsed vizt
By the Governor and Council February the 27th 1722
Read and Ordered that the within named John Wild be p. 66 removed from the Custody of Daniel Delahuntee and Mary his Wife his present Tutors and the said Peter Wild is hereby Ordered to take the said John Wild into his care According to the prayer of the within petition Sign'd p Order Samuel Skippon Cl Council
