Dwelling House so as it could not be opened without Great Lib. X Force and that when he returned the next time to his said plantation, he found the dwelling house door open And a Taylors Shop made of his Out House or Bad Stove And this Deponent further declares that George Deakins the Surveyor of New Castle County assured him that his Plantation was not inclosed in the twelve Miles Circle and further saith not Adam Short

Sworn to before the Governor and Council Ordered that the several Sheriffs within this Province forth with cause the several Constables within their Bailiwick to take an account of all the white Taxable men and of all Negroes Men Women and Children in different Colums and return a fair List thereof to this Board by the next Provincial Court. The Board adjourns till to Morrow Morning Eight a Clock

His Honour the Governor desires the Advice of this Board what will be a proper time to Prorogue the Assembly to Resolved the 20th of February next be a proper time Whereupon its Order'd that proclamation be prepared to prorogue the Assembly to that time accordingly which procla mation being prepared is as follows vizt

Whereas the present General Assembly of this province now stands prorogued until the first tuesday in December next I have thought fit by and with the advice of his Lord-
