Which was thought reasonable & admitted of Ordered Lib. W. B. that the Clerk of Each respective County Court within this Province forthwth transmit to the Clerk of the Council an Attested Copy of their respective County Levies for the prsent Year 1714 for his Excellency the Governrs Inspection.

And the Members of the Council prsent as Yesterday It being considered that the Powder House stands very inconvenient where now Placed Advised the same be re moved & placed on the Hill comonly called the Goverrs Hill & that his Excellency the Governr be pleased to give Orders therefore. Ordered that Mr John Rousby his Matys Receiver of the District of Puttuxent out of the Duty of 3d for Arms pay unto Capt John Young Master Gunner and Storekeeper of the Magazine at the City of Annapolis his Years Sallary of thirty p. 28 pounds Sterl on the 11th of Janry last. His Excellency is Pleased to ask the Members of the Council if they have anything further to offer for his Majesties Service, Who say not.
