Present his Exncy the Governour &c.
Col Holland, Mr Cheseldyn & Mr Young. His Exncy was pleased to send for Colonel Smith & Mr LLoyd in order to settle the next assizes, when to be held notice may be publiquely Given, and appointed the as followeth Mr Chiefe Iustice Holland & Mr Iustice At Baltemore Court house, munday octob Western Circuite Fryday october Munday October Thursday october Munday November p. 140 Iustice LLoyd to the Eight Day of Novemr: that Novemb Original was Design'd on the first Tuesday of that month damaged here. aforesaid held on the Tuesday being of the same month. Whereas By the Death of Thomas Tench Esqr & Major Genll Hammond and Col John Contee & Mr Seth Biggs lately appointed members of this Board The Number of Councel lors are reduced to Eight one whereof, Col Francis Ienkins is very aged and lives at great Distance Sommersett County not being able to give his constant whether it may not be necessary for Dispatch of publique Business to sweare of the Councill and what opinion have of Philip Lynes Esqr late one The Boarde of the said Good for Came tooke
