D. over distinctly to him & then he must put his name & Sir- name to it and the Examiner must take him before the Comis sioners or any one of them & before him he is to be repeated which is to shew him his Deposition as tis written and ask him if it be true & according to his mind & then the Exa miner must write these words Repetit & Preroguit coram Nobis & the Commrs must subscribe their names thereto and the Examiner some space below must his name thereto In Case the Witness cannot be understood without an Interpreter you are to Choose one whom you are to give an Oath to after this Manner you shall swear according to the best of your skill truly to Interprett between the Witnesses & the Comissioners so help you God & when you use an Interpreter he must put his name to the bottom of the De position also with these words p Interpretationem D. E. You are to observe that the Comrs may ask the Witnesses ony other Questions than are Contained in the Interroga torys annexed to the Comission & require the Witness to answer thereto but then the Same must be putt into Writing & sent up with the Depo for you are requir'd by the Comis sion to send up with the Depo true Copys of the Inter rogatorys upon which they have been Examind & this must be done in Every Shipp. The Depot when flnishd with the shipp papers must be Seald up and forthwith sent up by the first Conveyance for England directed to the Rt honrble Sr Charles Hedges Knt p. 296 Doctor of Laws Judge of her Majestys high Court of Admir- alty of England or his Surrogate at Doctors Comons inclosed in a letter directed to Richard Crawley Esq Regt of the high Cort of Adrlty at Doctors Comons and at the same time Trans mitt an Accot of yor proceedings by way of a Letter directed to Mr Jeffry Glasier procurator Generall of the Ld high Adll of Engl. at his Chambers in Drs Comons. Georgius Daniae princeps &c Dominus Magnus Admirallis Angliae Hiberniae &c ac omnium Dominiorum Serenissimae Dominae nostrae Rnae in partibus transmarinis &c Mariumq & Classium eorundem prfectus Generalis Dilectis nobis Iacobo Coutts & Herculi Coutts Generosis Salutem Cum Dilectus foster Gulielimus Clements legum Doctor surrogatus prhon orandi viri Domini Caroli Hedges militis legum etiam Doc tons locum tenentis nostri supremae Curiae suae Majestatis Admrltatis Angl & in dicta Curia Officialis principalis Comis sariq Generalis & Specialis ac praesidentis & Judicis ejusdem necnon ad audiendum & terminandum omnes & Singulas Causas & Querelas quoad Naves & bona Jure Repressaliarum vel belli Capta aut Seizita Specialter Constitut ad petitionem procuratoris nostri Comissionem ad eflectum Subsequentem
