Apparatus & accessiones navium qualiumcunq pro praeda Captar & Seizitarum vel inposterum Capiend & Seizandar & ad provinciam sive Territorium de Maryland & destrictus ejusdem Adducta seu adducenda quae furto auferri aut Sub duci Contigerint vigore Comissionis producendis 1 Imprimis Interrogetur quilbet Whether do you know any ship taken as prize by any of her Majestys Shipps of Warr & brought unto any port or place in the province of Maryland or Districts thereof. To what part or place did such Shipp be long Of what burden was she & to what port or place was she bound what money plate Iewells Goods Wares or Merch andizes were in her at the time she was taken & what parti cular quantity of each sort of Goods Declare the truth herein as you know believe or have heard Et Interrogetur Conjunc tim Divisim & de quolibet. 2 Item Interrogetur quilibet Whether do you know or have heard of any money plate Iewells Goods wares or mer chandizes which were part of any such prize Shipp or of any Part of the tackle Apparell or ifurniture Masts or Gunns or any part of such Shipp that have been fraudulently taken away purloind or imbezilld by any pson since the Capture of any such prize Ship if yee Express & Declare the parti culars thereof and the sevll kinds quantitys & Qualitys thereof and the value thereof as near as you can Iudge & the Name of the person or persons who so purloind or Imbezilld the Same or by whose order or Direction the Same was done or to whose hands or possession they Came and the name of the person or persons in whose Custody or possession & the place where the Same are or lately were & what is become of the same, or if sold & disposed of what was the value thereof Declare what you know believe or have heard to this purpose Et fiat ut Supra. p. 294 3 Item Interrogetur de veris Causis Scientiae Suae In structions for the Comissioners for Examination of Witnesses by vertue of a Standing Comission granted by his Royall Highness prince George of Denmark Lord high Admiral of England &c touching all Shipps & Goods Seizd in any of the ports or Harbours of pensilvania Maryland New Yorke & Connecticut in America or any of their Districts and also con cerning all shipps Vessells & Goods taken & Seiz'd by any private Mann of Warr or by Shipps or boats without Comis sion & brought into any of the ports or Harbours afd or their Districts. Upon Receipt of this Comission at pensilvania New York Maryld or Connecticut the Commissionrs must all Meet at some Convenient place & then a Notary publiq who is to take the Examinations of the Witnesses must present the Comission
