   advise the petitioners to make application to her Majy for Lib. X.

   her Royal favour therein on their Behalf

     Ordered that Geo Plater Esqr her Majestys Receiver Gen

   eral in whose hands her Majestys share of the prize is pay

   unto the Judge Advocate Register & Marshall of the Court

   of vice Admiralty their fees for the Queens Moiety due upon

   Condemnation of said Prize

     Ordered that a Commission be prepared for Major Wil

   liam Harris to be Colonel of Caecil County Colo John

   Thompson & Lt Colo Hans Hanson being both dead & that

   the said Colo Harris take care to call for & secure the publick

   arms in that County

     Also Ordered that four Quarter Barrils of Powder be sent

   to the said Colo Harris for the Service of that County

     The President asks the Board if they have any thing further

   to offer for her Majestys Service who say not
