D. niture Apparell as also the Lading & particular Sort of Goods & they are legally Condemn'd you are to expose the Same to a publiq Sale at such times & in such manner as they shall be likely to procure the most Advantagious price And the produce you are to Ship & Send home to us on Good Ships in such Comoditys as may probably Come to a good markett in England or in pieces of Eight or Bills of Exchange as you shall judge will turn best to Accot & Advantage & for what ever you Ship take prize bills of Lading & Consign them to us for her Matys use & on her Risq & send us three of them by Distinct Conveyances & lett us have full & frequent Advices of your proceedings in this Matter But in Cases of p. 186 Absolute necessity & where the prize Shipps or their Lading shall appear upon oath of two or more or honest & under standing persons to be perishable You may after due apprais ment thereof made upon the oath of five honest persons well skill'd in such like Matters dispose thereof according to the tenour and power of a Commission from the high Cors of Admiralty to that purpose wherein you are to Act in Con currance with the Captor. 6thly You shall frequently send unto us a particular Accot of your Charge and Disbursments in this Service which you shall make up Distinctly to Comprehend the Severall sums laid out upon every particular Ship or Goods from the time of their Capture to the time of their being Discharg'd or otherwise dispos'd of That so her Maty may not Suffer any loss through the want of Information of the Charges which shall happen upon every particular Ship & Cargo which (if they be restored Deposited or Condemn'd) must be apply'd properly to each particular Ship And you are to take a par ticular Care to observe in the Accots you send Concerning the prizes brought in yor ports the Method herewith sent you as far as relates to you. 7thly And lastly you are to observe such further Direccons from time to time as you shall recieve from our board Con cerning prizes.
