was never runn out and Acertained by means where of sever-
all differences has arrizen between the said Indians and the
English touching the same It is therefore Orderd that Lieut
Colll Thomas Ennalls the King's Survr of Dorchester County
doe resurvey the said land according to the meets and bounds
sett downe in the said Act and that Lieut Coll Thoms Smith-
son of Talbott County Coll Charles Hutchins Majr Jacob
Lockerman Mr Thoms Hicks and Mr Wm Mishew of Dor-
chester County are hereby appointed and empowered to Assist
and direct the said Survr in the running out of the same that
noe pson presume to live or Settle on the said land soe Runn
out without it be by the Genll Consent of the sd Indians and
that the same be done with all convenient Speed and a faire
Certificate and Platt of the same returnd to the next Ses-
sions of Assembly

Ordnance relateing to Majr Dorsey was here read as followeth

By the house of Dellegates
May 9th 1700

Orderd that if Major Dorsey at or before the next Provll
Court shall convey and make over to his Sonn

P. R. O.

Dorsey a reall Estate equivalent to the lott and houses which
his said Sonn hath at Annapolis formerly in the occupation of
James Cullen at his proper Cost and charge sufficiently new
Cover and repaire the said Houses and at the same Court
convey the said houses and Lott to his Majty for a Publick
Store or Magazine then his fine of Two hundred pounds shall
not be leavyed and the Attorney Genll is hereby ordered to
see such Conveyance drawn and dispatcht according to Law
for which he shalbe satisfied by the Publick. Otherwise the
said fine to be Leavyd

the Message to the house vizt which was here read
