keepers Lycences are not any part of the Crowne of Eng-
lands revenue, but may be applyed to the uses mentioned in

as he shipt onboard his Ship Hannah, Wm Smith commander,
being taken by the French which was taken into consideraon
And its the opinion of this house tht he ought to be con-
sidered, & resolved tht he or any one for him haue liberty
to ship the like quantity of Tobo and furrs on any other Ves-
sell Duty free
The honble William Coursey Esqr enters the house &
delivers mr Speaker the journall of accounts assented to by
his Excy and Councill
