Reviveing bill for raiseing a Supply towards Defrayeing the
publick charge
Reviveing bill for Summoneing Grand and Pettitt Juryes
Reviveing bill for Limitaon of officers fees
Bill determineing Association, and ordering the oath of
abjuration to be taken in this Province
All wch foregoeing Bills were read in the house the first tyme,
and
Sent up to his Excy and Councill by mr Robert Bradley &
mr Peter Dent
The bill regulateing ordinaryes was againe read & debated
Putt to the Question whether this house should agree to the
amendmts in the Bill or not
Carryed in the negatiue, and resolved there be a conference
with some of the Councill to debate the matters in the sd Bill
and tht Mr Phil Loyd desire his Excys concurrence therewith.
He returnes and sayes his Excy is very willing tht some of
the Councill should joyne in conference, and accordingly will
order some gent of the Councill to attend
Thereupon its ordered by the house tht Mr Thomas Smith,
Mr Phil Loyd, Mr Robt Bradly and Mr Richd Tilghman attend
the conference, and make speedy reporte
The house adjournes till Munday morneing 8 a Clock
