Mr Tilghman & M' Bradley bring from the house the pro-
posd bill for Recognizing her present Maty the Queen
And the bill for settling a Revenue on her Matys prsent
Governeur also a bill for Regulating of Ordinarys with Sr
Thomas Laurence her Matys Secretarys Representation which
were all read at the Board & then
The Councill Adjourned till two of the clock in the After-
noon.

The Councill Sate Prsent as before

It being Debated at the Board in what stile the laws of this
province should be enacted pursuant to her Matys Royall
Instruccon It was Resolved that the Stile of Enacting the
Laws of this province be in these words vizt By the Queens
most Excellent Majty by & with the Advice & Consent of her
Matys Governor Councill & Assembly of this Province And
the Authority of the Same
Ordered the foregoing Resolve be drawn out & sent to the
house together with the bills this day Read & the Amend-
ments to them proposed Which was done & Sent to the
house by Col Hamond & Mr James Sanders Mr Tench & Mr
Brooke.
Mr Bradley & Mr Young from the house to desire a con-
ference with Some of the Councill about the bill for regulat-
ing Ordinarys either to Night or to Morrow morning Ordered
that Mr Robt Smith & Col Wm Holland go to morrow Morn-

ing with the Members appointed by the house upon that con-
ference.
His Excy was pleas'd to lay before the board the honble Wm
Blaythwaite Esq his patent for Auditor Genll of her Matys
plantations &c in America And Recofnended the Considera-
tion thereof to the Board that proper Measures might be
taken to settle some suitable Reward on the said Pattentee
for his charge & Care in Auditing & Stating their publiq
Accots both of moneys & Tobo arising within this province
now under her Matys more imediate Governmt tho' at the
time of Granting Said Mr Blathwaites patent in the Lord
Proprietarys hands And thereupon It was ordered that the
Following Message Should be sent to the house
