Colonell Blakiston's Letter to the Genll Assembly of this
Province touching his Agency of the Affaires of this Province
in England being read — It was putt to the Vote whether he
should be any longer continued to Act as an Agent for this
Province And it was Resolved in the Affirmative Wherefore
this house do resolve to continue him their Agent and Desire
the honble Councills concurrence with us.

Came Mr Philip Lynes with the bill for sale of Nicholas
Milburns Lands for the paymt of his Debts which was read
the first time
Mr Thomas Frisby from the house delivers his Message
That it is Represented to the Assembly that the Inhabitants
of this Port & Towne do overburthen the Pasture with their
own private Stocks to the prjudice of the publiq & that it is
not taken Notice of by the Town Cort Wee therefore pray
that yor Excy will order the Iustices of the Towne Court to
give an Accot to this house how the said Injury crept in &
why it is tollerated And that your Excy will please to give
Direccons that the same may be better observed for the future
& that the publiq may not any longer suffer thereby.
